Vioso acquires competitor domeprojection

The acquisition of its hitherto competitor domeprojection Places Vioso as a leading provider of automatic calibration solutions and opens up new horizons in the AV and simulation industries for system integrators worldwide.

The German manufacturer Vioso has acquired the 100% of the shares of the also German domeprojection, as will be formalized during his participation in the training fair, Simulation and modeling I/ITSEC 2023, held from 27 from November to 1 in Orlando (United States).

Domeprojection will continue to operate under the leadership of its current CEO, Christian Steinmann, (on the left in the image) as an independent brand under the name Domeprojection – a Vioso simulation company.

This includes innovative software and hardware solutions tailored to the Simulation and AV Applications, including dome projections, Spherical screens and complex projection mappings, among others.

The acquisition also allows Vioso to Expand worldwide and, especially, in the US market, where the company plans to open specific offices.
