Panasonic creates specific software for ET-FMP50 media processors

Panasonic Connect Europe has developed software designed exclusively for ET-FMP50 series multimedia processors. It simplifies and streamlines the entire workflow, from advanced configuration to content management. Provides installers and technical operators with intuitive, seamless control of Large-scale immersive experiences and with multiple projectors from a single platform.
Incorporates advanced state-of-the-art screen adjustment capabilities, including precise geometry correction, with comprehensive content management features when using the FMP50 Series.
During installation and configuration, Technicians can use automatic screen adjustment to make multiple complex modifications and create immersive visual effects with high precision. Using pixel-by-pixel adjustment, The software allows for thorough tuning that improves image quality after initial setup. This results in a smoother finish that faithfully reproduces intricate details, elevating the viewing experience.
Functionality includes Geometry correction, Content Splitting, edge blending, Black Level Adjustment, matching colors and masking. Content management features automate playback from multiple media. Users can register different types of content, Still images and videos, Create playlists and schedule daily schedules, monthly or yearly in a simple way.

The FMP50 series of multimedia processors, presented at the last edition of ISE (see more at DAV). earlier this year, Includes two box-type devices (ET-FMP50/FMP20) and a function board that supports Intel SDM-specification slots (ET-SBFMP10).
Designed for Multi-screen projection, the FMP50 and FMP20 models feature a compact form factor for installation near Panasonic projectors, reducing the need for wiring, or in a standard rack using an optional kit. Both models support content canvases at 3,840×2.160 Pixels through 4 HDMI ports. Multiple drives can be synchronized to connect sets of any size.
The SBFMP10 model is inserted into the Intel SDM-ready slot of the compatible projector to decode 3,840 signals×2.160 Pixels. The device is connected via a single LAN cable.
